To cancel an advance ticket, inform the company at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure. A cancellation charge of 25% of the ticket price will apply. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund. See our Ticket Terms & Conditions for full details.

If a passenger with an advance ticket reports at the terminal after the bus has departed, the ticket will not be refunded. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
